Track My Order

Every order gets a confirmation email as soon as it is placed, and a second email with a tracking link once it leaves the warehouse. Delivery takes 4-6 business days and is free on every order.

Where to find your tracking link

• Check the shipping confirmation email — the tracking link is in it.
• Signed in? Open your account and choose the order to see its status.
• No email yet? Orders are prepared before they ship, so the tracking link follows the order confirmation.

Still cannot find it

Email gardenliva.ca@gmail.com with your order number, or use the contact form, and we will send the tracking details.

If a parcel looks delayed

Tracking sometimes stands still for a day or two while a parcel moves between depots. If nothing changes after that, write to us and we will chase it. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund it, and returns are free within 30 days of delivery.
